The most common one used in fruit chaat are apples, banana, grapes, pears, pomegranate. For this recipe, I used only banana, apple and grapes since that's all I had in my refrigerator. I really would have loved to use mangoes and pomegranate for the pop of colors (and also because I love them!!) but for now, this is what I had. Fruit chaat is a spicy, tangy, fruit salad popular in Pakistan and India.

Instructions to make Fruit Chaat:
  1. Cut all the fruits according to your shape in a bowl.
  2. Add sugar,lemon juice and chat masala in a small bowl and mix it untill sugar gets dissolved.
  3. Now add this syrup in the bowl of fruits..Mix well.
  4. Keep the fruit chaat in fridge for a while and then serve chilled.
