- Combine well.Now grease the plate with ghee and transfer the mixture over it and give round shape.
- After this cut the Chikki into pieces and keep aside for setting. After setting serve this yummy Chikki.

Heat a pan or kadai, add the sesame seeds and dry roast on a medium flame till they splutter. Remove and keep aside to cool.
