- Heat oil, fry yam until it becomes crisp from outside. Use a muddler to crush crispy yam.
- Sprinkle all spices and lemon juice on crispy yam n garnish it with chopped coriander. Serve hot.
This is a good sweet potato fries recipe, but I would make a few adjustments: bake in a glass cake pan - they don't stick quite so much and clean up is a lot easier. Far too often they're flimsy and limp, and passed off as a more sanctimonious way to eat french fries. But sweet potato fries deserve better.
