The ingredients needed to make Prawns fry:
  1. Get 1 cup prawns
  2. Prepare 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  3. Make ready 1 tablespoon fish masala
  4. Make ready 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  5. Get as per taste Salt
  6. Get 1/2 lemon juice
  7. Prepare as required Oil for frying

Turn off heat and drain the excess water, if any. Working in batches, place some of the shrimp in a single layer in the fryer basket, then spray lightly with more cooking spray. We really like fried shrimp & this recipe is the best I've come across. Make sure each shrimp is fully submerged in the oil as it cooks.

Instructions to make Prawns fry:
  1. Clean and wash prawns with drinking water for 3 to 4 times
  2. Marinate prawns with salt and turmeric powder keep for 10 minute aside. Remove released water from prawns. Now add red chilli powder, fish masala and mix altogether again keep it aside for 10 minutes again.
  3. Keep one kadhai on flame pour 1/4 cup oil in it and when oil get heated add marinated prawns and fry until it cooked and golden in colour. Now prawns are ready.
  4. Serve with hot dal rice.

We really like fried shrimp & this recipe is the best I've come across. Make sure each shrimp is fully submerged in the oil as it cooks. Let the shrimp fry until the batter is a golden brown color on all sides. Use tongs to turn the shrimp periodically so they get evenly cooked. Once oil is hot add prawns to it and shallow fry them.
