The ingredients needed to make Fry kabab:
  1. Get 1 tbsp meat tenderizer
  2. Take Half cup yogurt
  3. Take 1 kg qeema
  4. Make ready 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  5. Prepare 3 tbsp besan
  6. Prepare 2 tbsp red chillies
  7. Take 1 tbsp haldi
  8. Get 1 tbsp coriander powder
  9. Make ready 1 tbsp garam masala pkwder
  10. Take 1 tbsp black pepper
  11. Take Salt to taste
  12. Get 1 cup oil
  13. Prepare Coal for dum

Best option to serve this dish with butter naan or tandoori roti. The key is to shallow fry. Do not use a lot of oil, do not use hot oil. The oil should be such that it covers half of the height of the kebab.

Instructions to make Fry kabab:
  1. Marinate meat withtenderizer, ggpaste and yogurt for half n hour
  2. Now in a pan put all dry ingredients and roast dry masala till you get smell of besan and masala and it slightly changes the color
  3. Now add this masala to qeema and marinate for another half n hour - Fry one small onion in ghee or oil once it get golden now add marinated qeema fry a little then add one cup of water and mix and cook on dum with lid tightly covered for 30 mins Be careful of water dries out you can add more water
  4. After 30 mins check the consistency if it is fine then given coal dum and your yummy Kababs are ready… - I add one heaped tbsp of seekh kabab masala also but that is optional and do check your masala if you want more spicy you may add masala later as well but remember to roast it a little then Add - Serve with chapati and bbq chutney or green raita

Do not use a lot of oil, do not use hot oil. The oil should be such that it covers half of the height of the kebab. Using the same pan, put the butter, heat it a little, then add the grated onions and black pepper and stir fry them until the onions soften. Pour back the dried mince into the onions n stir thoroughly on low heat. Taste and adjust salt/pepper/lemon according to your taste.
