How to make Besan Papdi Mix urad dal flour and gram flour together and strain with help of a sieve. Also, add asafoetida, salt, cumin seeds, baking soda, red chilly powder, black pepper and oil in the flour. With help of water, knead stiff and tight dough, same as required for making pooris. Remove the excess oil and put it on a kichen towel.

  1. A Large bowl add Besan,ajwain,cumin seeds,turmeric powder,hing,red chilli powder and salt, add baking powder
  2. Add the oil and mix well
  3. Start adding water
  4. Then together forms a dough
  5. Place the dough. Using a roller
  6. Then cut into round size
  7. Fry them and cool down room temperature
  8. Serve Besan papdi

With help of water, knead stiff and tight dough, same as required for making pooris. Remove the excess oil and put it on a kichen towel. Now the crispy,yummy and tasty besan papdi is ready to serve. Heat the oil in a kadai or heavy based vessel. Enjoy it with your tea/ coffee or serve it to your guest, they will love it.
