In a pan / kadai, heat oil and add hing and then add the arbi pieces and shallow fry on medium heat. Flip the pieces when one side becomes crispy golden. Keep tossing occasionally till all the pieces are golden. Seve this cripsy arbi fry hot as a side dish or as a starter.

Steps to make Arbi Fry:
  1. Peel the arbi, chop it and boil it with a pinch of salt, till it's good well.
  2. Add salt and masalas and marinate it. keep it aside for 15 minutes
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Once it is hot, add the marinated arbi and cook it for 15 minutes.
  4. Add curry leaves and roast it in high flame till you get crispy arbi fry.

Keep tossing occasionally till all the pieces are golden. Seve this cripsy arbi fry hot as a side dish or as a starter. Simple arbi fry, made by cooking arbi (taro roots) and then roasting with spices.
