  1. Make ready 500 g Arbi
  2. Get as required Cooking oil
  3. Take 2 spoon Red chilli powder
  4. Get as per taste Salt
  5. Prepare 2 spoon Drg Coriander powder
  6. Prepare 1 spoon Dry mango powder
  7. Prepare Pinch termiric powder

At that point, remove the arbi from the oil. Fry remaining pieces of arbi in same way and drain on paper napkin. When the arbi little cools down, press them slightly with your palms and again put them in pan. Add salt to taste and mix very well.

Instructions to make Fry Arbi:
  1. Heat up water in presser cooker add arbi (add just 1 inch more then arbi) boil just 2 whistle (depends on arbi) after boiling they little cool remove skin with hands. Heat up oil in pan fry arbi little golden in colour keep aside.
  2. Now mix all dry spices well slit the arbis with knife add drg masalas fill well
  3. When they little hot fill dry masalas press with your palms.
  4. Now again heat up oil in pan just 2 spoon oil fry arbis carefully. Your arbi fry ready to eat
  5. Serve with moong dal and chapati. Thank you.

Arbi fry or seppankizhangu fry as it is known in Tamil, is an all time popular Indian vegetarian side dish made with arbi or taro root. In this taro fry recipe boiled taro root is tossed in some rice flour along with some spices and fried until crispy. Traditionally this is deep fried especially when made in large quantities.
