Instructions to make Chicken fry:
  1. Take chicken and wash it properly.
  2. Preapare green masala for mariation - Green Chillies, Green coriander, Garlic cloves, Ginger and add some water to make paste in mixy.
  3. Cover chicken with green masala, chicken masala, haldi powder, red chillies powder, vinegar and salt. Marinated for 15 minutes.
  4. Heat the pan adding oil for chicken fry once heated then add marinated chicken. Cooked for 20 minutes on medium flame. Serve hot with green garnishes coriander.
