- Jub oil uper ajaye to half bachi koi piyaz add krain or bareek kati mirchain add kar ke fry kar ke again rakh dain ta ke pani achy se dry hojaye
- Jub pani dry hojye to uper se garam masla pisa hoa or kasuri methi garammasal or kati hoi hari mirchain dal kar fry krain
- Or thori der darmiyani flame par pakaiyn ke pani dry hojye phr garnishing karain
