  1. Cut the arbi into half, then heat oil and Deep fry it.
  2. Heat kadhai add 1 spoon oil add masala then Arbi and Mix it nicely.
  3. Serve with roti or chapati.

Once the oil is heated, add the julienne cut arbi to the oil. At that point, remove the arbi from the oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy from both sides. You need to flip them for even browning. Using a slotted spoon, drain the excess oil and remove fried arbi chips to a paper towel lined plate.
