When crispy, remove the bacon bits from the pan and drain on paper towels. Move liver pieces cooked evenly from each side to a big plate and season with a salt. Gently place the coated livers, a few at a time, into the hot oil. Cover the pan of oil with a frying screen to avoid getting burned by spatters of oil that will pop out as the livers fry.

Steps to make Liver fry:
  1. Place a pan and pour some oil and add onions chilli in it saute then add liver
  2. Saute it then add the masala powders,salt in it pour 1 glass water and close the lid
  3. After I whistle let it cook for 15 mins in SIM then open the lid and stir well cook it till the oil separates and becomes thick without water

Gently place the coated livers, a few at a time, into the hot oil. Cover the pan of oil with a frying screen to avoid getting burned by spatters of oil that will pop out as the livers fry. Fry the liver from one side for a minute and then turn it to the other and keep it some more time in the pan. To identify the right time when it's ready, you can prick it and the liver should let some juice out. If it still bleeds, you need to fry it some more time.
