Instructions to make Labe shirin:
- In deep bottom pan boil milk, add sugar and stir until sugar dissolves.
- Mix custard powder in cold milk and add in milk, stirr and cook till milk thickens.
- Add falooda sev, cook for 5 minutes
- Add chopped dry nuts and again cook for 5 more minutes continued stirring
- Let the custard cool add fresh cream, mix well and refrigerated till 4 hour.
- Meanwhile cook jelly according to packet instructions, set in a plate Cut and keep in fridge for 3 hour
- Take out chilled custard, add chopped fruits and mix well.
- In a serving bowl put some jelly pieces, pour custard. Garnish with some chopped dry nuts, jelly and whipping cream.
- Serve chill.
