  20. Take 2-3 chotti elachi

Grilled Cauliflower Steaks are tender and juicy inside, charred and lightly smoky on the outside. They'll deliciously satisfy even the most dedicated carnivore. Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white. Place the cauliflower florets into a disposable aluminum pan and season with salt, chili pepper, paprika and garlic.

Instructions to make Grilled Cauliflower:
  1. Take the cauliflower and wash it thoroughly. And cut its hard stem only as we require the whole cauliflower. Keep aside.
  2. Take a mixing bowl and put the hung curd into it. Now to it add jeera powder, salt, chilli powder, ajwain, amchur, chaat masala, cornflour, lemon juice, garam masala, ginger - garlic paste, kasuri methi, one teaspoon oil.Mix well.
  3. Now apply this paste to the cauliflower and keep it in fridge for half an hour for marination. Keep the rest of the marination mixture aside. We will be using it for gravy
  4. Meanwhile we prepare its gravy. Take a pan and put some oil in it and heat it.put in the chotti elachi, moti elachi, tej patta and jeera and mix well. To it add the Diced tomatoes and capsicum. Fry them for a minute
  5. Now add the remaining marination mixture and cook for a while. Let it simmer for few minutes or till thick. Switch off the gas and keep aside.
  6. After 30 mins take out the cauliflower and bake it in preheated oven for about 10 minutes at 180°c. When done take out of the oven and pkace it on the serving dish
  7. Pour the hot gavy over it and garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
