  7. Get 1 tsp Pepper corn

  12. Take 1/2 tsp Fennel seed

Mix together ground urad dhal, toor dhal mixture and the drained moong dhal. Chop ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, coconut, coriander leaves finely and add it to the batter. Heat a teaspoon of Idhayam Sesame Oil in a small pan. Soak Both the dals for an hour and grind coarsely with salt and ginger.

Instructions to make Mixed dhal vada:
  1. Soak all dhal for 2 to 3 hours
  2. Grind pepper, cumin, fennel and dry chilly coarsely
  3. Grind soaked dhal coarsely, add onion, ground powder, salt curry leaves, ginger and garlic
  4. Combine well, keep a deep pan, pour enough oil, take the dhal mix little by little and make vada, fry until golden brown in medium flame
  5. Serve with ketchup
