- Prepare Half kg Mutton mix boti
- Prepare 1 tb sp Ginger & Garlic paste
- Take 2 onions chopped
- Take 3 Tomatoes paste
- Get 1 cup dahi
- Make ready 1 tb sp red chilli powder
- Make ready 1 tb sp corriander powder
- Make ready Half t sp haldi
- Get 2 tb sp any Achar gosht masala for flavour

- Take 1 tb sp kalonji
- Prepare 1 juice of lemon
- Prepare 4-5 green big chillies
- Get 1 t sp Garam masala
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, salt and saute it. Achari Mutton is a wonderful yet rare Awadhi cuisine of Uttar Pradesh which is cooked with mutton bringing out pickled flavors or achari flavors into it. For Achari Gosht: Heat oil in a cooking pot, add onions, fry till golden and strain out on absorbent paper. In the same pot, add half of the crispy fried onion, mutton, turmeric powder and salt to taste and allow cooking for some time.
Instructions to make Mutton Achari!:
- Fry chopped onions in oil when golden brown add meat with ginger & garlic paste bhuno well..
- Add tomatoes paste, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, haldi, salt, achar gosht masala and bhuno well then add water and let it cook for 1 hour..
- When meat starts tender bhuno it well till oil seperates and add dahi half cup, kalonji and sonf.. and let it cook for few minutes..
- Now et it cook for few minutes.. in lemon juice add some achar gosht masala and fill it in cut green chillies add them in gravy.. put on dam for 1 to 2 minutes..
- Sprinke some garam masala.. serve with nan or sheermal.. - - Enjoy..ππ
