- Blend the chillies with the lemon juice and set aside. Then prepare the rest of the ingredients separately.

- Once they're well cooked add in your tomatoes and the blended chillies. You can leave one or two whole ones if you like then cover and let it cook till the tomatoes are soft.
- After 5 minutes, stir your mixture so that the tomatoes and chillies mix and cook evenly. Add in your salt. Lower your heat and let it simmer for another 5 minutes or until completely cooked.
- Once everything is evenly cooked turn off the heat and let it cool, store in an airtight container and enjoy for up to 2 weeks or in the fridge for up to a month.
