You continue adding just a little water regularly for about an hour until the meat is melt in your mouth tender. Bhuna gosht is a type of meat curry that is popular in Pakistan and North India.   2. Add mutton pieces. Cook until mutton is brown in colour. Cook in low flame.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, green cardamom powder, salt and sauté until oil leaves surface
  4. Add whisked yogurt and cook on low flame for 30-35 mins. Add chopped tomatoes, garam masala powder and cook for another 20 mins until mutton is tender.
  5. Add chopped coriander leaves and stir one more time
  6. Garnish with chopped green chillies and some more coriander leaves
