  5. Prepare 1 tbsp Chopped almonds
  6. Prepare 2-3 tbsp Ghee
  7. Take 1/2 cup Khoya

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat and add carrots. Gajar ka halwa is a combination of nuts, milk, sugar, khoya and ghee with grated carrot.   4. After 20-25 minutes. Increase the flame to high and cook the carrot for 8-10 minutes, keep stirring. Reduce the flame medium and add milk. Mix it properly. Cover the pan and cook it for 20 minutes on low flame. Keep stirring in between.
  5. After 20 minutes. Open the lid and stir it. Add sugar and mix it
  6. Add chopped dry fruits and khoya mix it. Cover the pan and cook it for 10-15 minutes on low flame. Keep stirring in between. Increase the flame medium and cook it for 2-3 minute. Keep stirring. Turn off the flame.
  7. Take it out in a serving plate. Garnish with Cashew and almond. Ready to serve.
