When the water dries up add in the grated coconut & give a thorough mix. Cook for 30 sec & switch off the flame.
- Take coconut oil in a pan. Add in the split urad dal. Splutter the mustard seeds, add the asafoetida powder, broken byadagi chilli & curry leaves. Temper it on the upkari. The uppad pachir upkari is ready to be served.
