Steps to make Kothimir vadi:
  1. Take 1 bunch of coriander leaves and remove their stalks.
  2. Then wash the coriander and cut it fine.
  3. To this cut coriander add Chickpea flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and sugar
  4. Knead it into a tight dough with drops of water and little oil as mentioned.
  5. After kneading it will look something like this
  6. Then cut into thick roundelsand steam in a pressure cooker without putting the whistle. As soon as you see the steam coming out of the whistle
  7. Switch off the gas.
  8. Remove from the cooker and allow it to cool for around 10 minutes.
  9. Then take a frying pan put a tsp of oil and shallow fry the vadi on both the sides.Usually one side will take around 2 to 3 minutes. Gas should be on medium flame
