- Itna is gur ko medium flame par pakana hai ke ye light golden colour ka hojai phir thande pani main iska drops dalen 2 sec wait karein agar crunchy hogaya hai to it means ye ready
- Agar thande pani main dalne ke bd chew sa hu to ise aur pakai jab gur pak jai to till and peanuts dalen aur jldi jldi mix karein
- Ab aik bare se thal main ghee lagai aur till wale mixture ko dal kar kesi glass se level karein aur thanda hone dein phir isk pieces krlen
Kalonji & Till Roghni Tikiya: Take another dough and sprinkle dry flour and knead again. Make a well in the center of the dough,add nigella seeds,sesame seeds and knead well. Roll out dough with the help of rolling pin and cut into desired shapes & set aside. Zeera Roghni Tikiya: Take another dough and sprinkle dry flour and knead again. The potato mixture isn't binding - This may be because the potatoes have absorbed too much moisture during cooking.
