- Make ready 1 tsp grated ginger

- Take 2 tsp coriander powder
- Prepare 1/4 tsp red chilli powder

Instructions to make Dry channa:
- Boil the soaked chana.
- In a pan heat oil add Cumin seeds, asafoetida, grated ginger and green chillies saute them for a while then add the boiled channa.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, amchur powder and mix well. Cook it for 4-5 minutes.
- Add coriander leaves our dry chana are ready to serve. Enjoy with Puri.
